Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We are using KnowBe4 training for helping employees understand the common tactics that are being used today to get both people's information and to install viruses. It's being used by all employees at this time. In the past, we had to rely on researching security issues and sending our own reminders on what to be careful of.
Pros
- They make it easy to grasp and learn the topics.
- Enjoyable videos
- Great tests at the end of training
Cons
- Maybe a simpler or less cluttered website
- Easier to submit a trouble ticket
- Lower cost per user license
- Helping departments keep info secured
- ROI on keeping desktops less vulnerable
- Saving users time manually looking through messages

The content they have available is wide-ranging. Lots of topics, not only the kind you'd think. Sometimes they get into social engineering or vishing and things that have nothing to do with email! I think they've really expanded their offering since beginning with phishing at first.
User management is handled seamlessly on KnowBe4. There's very little for the end-user or even the IT department to have to deal with when it comes to user management. It's a simple process of putting the user list up on their gateway and getting accounts created! Not bad at all.
The most important metrics and reports for us have to do with how users handle the information they learn. Basically we know users will accidentally click deceptive phishing messages; it t happens to everyone. But what they do after they've taken training and been tested by the system is most important.
