Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use KnowBe4 IT security training with onboarding new users and quarterly retraining campaigns to keep security awareness fresh in our staff's minds. We also use KB4 for California management training (harassment, etc) and safety training. The topics and options stretch far and wide - KB4 really has the best selection, hands down. This is very important language-wise as we have a Spanish-speaking contingent, so all our staff gets the same messages. KB4 really helps us remove the majority of human error in our IT security.

- Bad email reporting button feature for Outlook and "Second Chance."
- Could use more Spanish content.
- Ability to update a contact in established campaigns. Have to start completely anew to make updates to materials.
- It's REALLY hard to come up with cons to this product. It's just pretty darned amazing and easy to work with.
- Feature rich, one stop shop for the price.
- Reporting button and Second Chance included at no cost, sweetens the deal. They even throw in training materials free for Mom & Dad and the kids at home. Can't bet the value with a stick.
- Ease of use. "Set and forget" frees up time and resources of IT staff saving money.
- Think HR (terrible product, unwieldy, boring materials do not engage staff). Not even a contender.
- Have not tried any other comparable products. KnowBe4 is just so engaging and works so well, we've never considered another.
- The value cannot be beaten for content relevancy and presentation, choice of materials, and language choices.
It's hard to keep users interested in topics of IT security awareness. Let's face it, nobody gets excited about phishing emails. It's just another thing to contend with in our daily business and humans are easily bored and forgetful. KnowBe4's wide range of content engages the users in new and updated materials almost every time they come 'back to school'. My staff has never complained of KB4 as being boring!
We use the ADSync/SSO function of KnowBe4. Users just automatically appear in the console once they're created in ADUC. It's terribly convenient—set and forget! Furthermore (in our company), when KnowBe4 is properly set up (which is easy in its own right), they're automatically signed up for the Kevin Mitnick basic training course. They make my life so easy, it's really amazing.
We're easily able to identify people who are clearly not paying attention and address them individually as necessary. There are many pre-defined reports to choose from that can be massaged to get the data you want with a few points and clicks. Everything is easy to read with great graphs and data relevancy.
