It is being used across the entire organization.
It has done a great job of making people think before they click on emails. Prior to implementing we had continuous issues with people clicking on links in emails. Since implementing our userbase is very aware. We get several reports of potential malicious emails a week, most are potentially bad.

- It is easy to continuously send test emails to our users
- The training is both engaging and effective
- Our users have become assets in our fight against malware.
- It would be nice if it would analyze our inbound emails to find potential offenders

- It is hard to put an ROI on this but our resources have become very aware of potential issues
- We have reduced the average number of remediation efforts
- We find issues earlier and can prevent subsequent click on bad emails
Proofpoint has an added ability to prevent bad emails from entering our environment.
It keeps users attention better by making the training fresh and sometimes fun.
It seems to take very little resource time. Our email administrator is able to manage the tool on a part time basis.
It is nice for our managers to know who is clicking on emails and be able to have discussions. it is also nice for them to see who is not taking the training
