Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We recently started using the KnowBe4 [Security Awareness Training] to test and train our users on their security awareness level. With roughly 1500 users across multiple departments, it's quite important that they all have a basic understanding of cybersecurity and understand the importance and impact it has on any organization, and they know their role in this area. So far we've only set up an initial phishing campaign, which was very effective at showing exactly how much work there is to be done; And an initial training campaign which is already showing results. We're planning to keep training and testing our users on a regular base and the KnowBe4 [Security Awareness Training] is definitely giving us the tools to do just that.
Pros
- A large selection of content.
- Very easy to use.
- Integration with Active Directory.
- A solid knowledge base.
Cons
- Could have more translatable content.
- Training with attachments and USB drives could be improved.
- We got a clear overview on which users are the weak links.
- One breach can cost us a lot more than the subscription cost of KnowBe4 [Security Awareness Training]. It's totally worth it.
We haven't evaluated other programs.
