Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use it to deploy both selective and company-wide training to current and new incoming employees. It is primarily focused on user-facing cyber security issues.
- Organized records.
- Syncs with AD for enrollment/unenrollment.
- Provides training campaign statuses and notifications both broadly and for individuals.
- Content is lacking in variability and volume.
- Notification templates need better language for deploying.
- We have successfully scared our user base into the proper levels of email skepticism.
