The training is mandatory for all new hires; all staff are required to do the training every 2 years. Staff who "click" on phishing campaigns are required to take additional training. Problem/goal to solve: cybersecurity awareness to prevent ransomware. We do regular phishing campaigns to "test" staff.

It has given us many more training options and choices. Allows us to do topic specific training.
We utilize the AD integration functionality which allows for easy user management. If a staff person clicks on a phishing campaign they are then added to the clicker group; groups is a great feature for user management and categorization.
