Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
Excellent product! One of the biggest pluses for me are how great the metrics have been in identifying our overall organization's propensity to be fooled and how the exercises have helped us trend downward. We purchased PhishER too and even though the initial product was a little flawed (it didn't tie into Microsoft Outlook's spam/phish button add-in for years and around the time purchased), they ended up resolving that years-long issue a few months ago. The other part of the equation is how great and active the customer relationship support has been. Shout-outs specifically to Colleen H. who we initially engaged with and Erika M. who has been our customer success manager for all the months we've had the product! Without these great women patiently guiding us through the initial and post-product purchases, our happiness would the overall product would only be 100% instead of 110%!
