Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF

I use Power PDF to edit PDF files to better optimize different work flow processes and procedures and improve workplace productivity. This allows for a more seamless integration of forms into the work flow, and makes it easier for all users in the company. It also let's me create forms that others can fill in, even if they don't have a license to use Power PDF.
  • Edit PDFs
  • Rearrange text fields
  • Easy to create fill in forms
  • Lack of features
  • Costs
  • License limitations
  • Costs savings vs Adobe
  • Time savings
  • Increase productivity
I agree that it was easy to use. The user interface for editing PDF files in Adobe is extremely daunting and confusing, so when I tried Koufax power PDF I was very surprised to find that it was much more simple and user friendly than Adobe. I definitely prefer to use Kofax
Kofax Power PDF doesn't have as many features as Adobe Acrobat, but I do not need all the features that are missing. Using Adobe is expensive, especially taking into consideration I don't need all that it has. Kofax has a much more reasonable price point and still let's me use all the tools that I need.

The most valuable feature of Kofax Power PDF that I have used is definitely it's PDF editor. It's allowed me to create documents that I can send off and allow other people to fill in, even if that person or group does not have an active license to use Kofax
It is well suited for any office environment as all offices in this day and age use digital forms. I think if Adobe's Acrobat licensing costs or subscription based business model are a concern, a perpetual license for Kofax is a suitable alternative, as the license will no require regularly renewal
