Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF
I use Power PDF to edit / create / export to and from PDF. It allows me to manipulate and create pdf documents as required with a great deal of versatility
- Add or edit text in PDF documents
- Once created, the text box within a pdf document can be a bit unwieldy to manage and change when necessary
- one time fee has huge positive impact on costs going forward
- being able to adapt and manipulate pdfs as required makes working with that file format much more convenient
I agree that it is easy to use - different than Adobe layout but certainly navigable once you have some time to get used to it.
Kofax Power PDF has the same functionality and doesn't require a subscription - it has more functionality than the free Adobe Reader product.

Text editing and addition are the primary benefits for me. Being able to match font with what is in the original document is important. Export/import capabilities also important. Excel plug in/Power PDF printer feature is very useful.
