I use it to manage PDF received and sent out. I am the only user. It addresses editing and re-organizing PDF pages and digital signatures.

- Highlight items on the page.
- Integration into more or other programs.
- Time savings; ease of use.
- Cost savings; I like that it is a one-time payment instead of a subscription.
Easy to learn and use. Great to have a Windows 'ribbon' appearance; it looks familiar like using MS Word.
Kofax is easier to use and looks more familiar too.
