Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
Power PDF streamlines all the processes to receiving information electronically and then storing it in appropriate places by allowing us to combine, separate and create new documents easily. It facilitates keeping notes on any documents related to the processing, including payments, problems, phone calls related to document or invoice, etc.
- Combines whole documents or parts of documents simply.
- Converts from pdf format to word documents to allow changes.
- Includes notes or comments so any person brining up the document is aware of ideas, dates, etc.
- Improve ease of naming documents.
- Anticipatory storing of documents with AI.
- Time savings is biggest impact in being simple to use.
- Cost effective compared to alternative programs price.
Power PDF accomplished that goal, I have it open on my desktop at all times as it is faster to leave it open than to close it.
Adobe is the only other one I have used and it is not nearly as easy to use.
