Kofax Power PDF is a power play!

I primarily use Power PDF in my organization to create, edit and export PDF documents for clients, customer presentations and documentation of configurations for various products that I have prepared for my clients. I use it as a PDF "printer" to create PDFs from other applications, ranging from MS Office to graphics and web pages.

In general, Power PDF is easy to use, however, some of the more advanced features are not easy to find in the menus and the help menu is not flexible enough to find what you are looking for. In some instances, by the time I figured out what question to ask or topic to search for, I could figure out where it was in the menus. As mentioned, the text boxes do not have the option for setting the size initially, and are across the whole page, which makes it difficult to edit or add new text boxes, like a signature line followed by a date field.

Combining multiple files into a single document is very easy, and I use it often in my business for creating invoices and supporting receipts, etc. that comes from multiple source documents.

The most used feature is importing / printing documents from any application as a PDF that can then be edited.
Second is the ability and various options for signing documents.
Third is the ability to combine documents and sort the pages quickly so they can be reviewed and edited by others on the team, submitted to customers, etc.
