Overall Satisfaction with KYRO

We use KYRO for field construction project management. Our widely distributed field force does not typically work out of a centralized office, so communication on project progress and issues can be a challenge. KYRO allows better visibility by all stake holders as to what is going on.
  • Administrative management of employees, projects and project assignments.
  • Timekeeping and time tracking of employee time spent on projects.
  • Narrative style reporting on daily project activities and distribution of those reports.
  • Dashboards are not configurable by the user.
  • Some confusion about what should be done through the report feature vs directly in the application.
  • Data visibility and exporting not as strong as it could be.
  • better control of processes has reduced time to invoice
  • tighter controls on time entry has reduced time/invoice error rate

KYRO handles the creation and assignment of a lot of projects well. Multiple roles allow good access to project information while still maintaining data integrity.
