Overall Satisfaction with KYRO
We use KYRO for field construction project management. Our widely distributed field force does not typically work out of a centralized office, so communication on project progress and issues can be a challenge. KYRO allows better visibility by all stake holders as to what is going on.
- Administrative management of employees, projects and project assignments.
- Timekeeping and time tracking of employee time spent on projects.
- Narrative style reporting on daily project activities and distribution of those reports.
- Dashboards are not configurable by the user.
- Some confusion about what should be done through the report feature vs directly in the application.
- Data visibility and exporting not as strong as it could be.
- better control of processes has reduced time to invoice
- tighter controls on time entry has reduced time/invoice error rate
