Overall Satisfaction with Less Annoying CRM
I do all of my firm's scheduling and keep track of most tasks for myself and my staff through LACRM. From first contact through to the end of my representation, I use LACRM to track the status of leads and clients. Every day, all day, I have a LACRM tab open so that I can check my calendar, work through my to-do list for the day, and assign tasks to myself and my staff.
