Overall Satisfaction with Litmos
Litmos is our Learning Management System. We use it in several different ways: create content within Litmos, use Litmos content, publish our own content and publish a 3rd party's content. This gives us a wide variety of applications and usage throughout our organization, from Compliance to soft skills to technical training.
- Easy to publish your own content into Litmos
- Managing our internal users is quick and efficient
- They have good support and training
- The reporting function is not intuitive and makes it a little difficult to get data
- We have repeat courses year over year, but they can't be reused so we have to republish with different titles.
- Reduced training costs for in-person workshops
- Better retention of in-person classes through pre- and post-eLearning courses
- Due to heavier reliance on eLearning, we have to constantly assess how much training we have to reduce overload
- Sometimes the report data doesn't seem right, so we have to take time to run reports several different ways.
