Overall Satisfaction with Logitech MeetUp
We're beginning to transition to Zoom Rooms from our aging Cisco hardware and the Logitech cameras, including [Logitech Meetup] are fantastic and ridiculously easy to use. We have a fair amount of small conference rooms and the meetups are perfect for them. We also like the limited motion PTZ camera on it for our offices where our execs like to move around.
- Microphone pick-up. Sounds as good as a microphone on the table
- Camera quality is fantastic and the software does a great job of correcting for the fisheye effect
- Connectivity is easy and fast
- Speakers are good for general speech, but lacking for anything with bass
- Ease of use
- Compatibility with most major conferencing platforms
- Overall quality of the camera and integrated microphone
- With this system the cost of replacement is much lower compared to the Cisco systems
- Ease of deployment allows my team to get them set up quicker and get back to their regular work
- The good integrated microphone means we don't have to run one to the table and it's one less thing to break
While the other cameras offer similar solutions, we found for the price to features, the meetup met our needs the best. With the trio, we had issues with Poly's software which the meetup gets around by being able to plug directly into a PC. The panacast, while it worked very well, we would have still needed to pair it with the rest of the equipment for a full experience. With the meetup, we have only needed the meetup, the PC, and an iPad as a controller.
