Overall Satisfaction with LoopNet

We use LoopNet as an internet advertising platform for commercial real estate listings.
  • Market exposure
  • Lead generation
  • Quality control is poor
  • The demeanor of those that work there is arrogant and indifferent
  • The impact has been negative (as in worse than not having an effect), due to their inability to list simple details (that are commonly available through well known sources).
  • What's even worse is that I am one of the data sources from which they source the information they advertise. But they are unwilling to take input from me (the one who hired them in the first place).
LoopNet is the most well known, with the widest audience. This is why I selected it. But, they cannot get the simplest of details correct for the purpose of advertising the listings I have for sale. When they can't get even a unit count correct, why bother? Not to mention that getting those sorts of core details wrong is actually damaging to the marketing efforts.
Because zero isn't an option.

I do not know of any examples where this service is worth the aggravation one must endure to utilize the service (which then only poorly delivers on the service sold).
