Overall Satisfaction with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite

I feel like when I first started using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, since I was given no tutorials, a lot of my experience learning how to use the product was a lot of trial and error and now I think I am a pretty advanced user but I still don't know a lot of the capabilities of the product so I don't feel like I'm using it at its max capacity.
At my company we use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to visualize common user flows so that we can create our product around those flows. We also will use Lucid as a general note taking platform that we can organize ideas for later projects. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps us take complex problems and make them easier to share with others.
  • User flows
  • Charting
  • Note Taking
  • Setting up Jira seems confusing
  • Dynamic Table is confusing I go back to the old one
  • More tutorials would be helpful
  • Helps me and my coworkers stay connected
  • Helps speed up time white boarding
  • Generating ideas is very useful
Like I said previously these are things that I didn't know the product could do, I would want to try it to see if it was helpful to me but don't know how.
Super reliable, helps me be able to work from home a lot easier because my coworkers and I can collaborate and whiteboard in real time.
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very professional in comparison to other products and has a lot more to offer.

The best time for me to use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite as a UX/UI Designer is when I am working with my product manager to go over ideas for our next project. Here we can track goals of the project, create flows, sketch our screens. It is great to use when setting up the next project.
