Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Some learning curve required for learning custom shapes and connectors but generally very intuitive. Modifying text could be more accessible instead of hidden within sub menus as typically most diagrams require some textual or bullet supplement within it or alongside it. Overall the usability is quite high especially with respect to generating clean line and box charts in comparison to PowerPoint.
Lucidchart is being used primarily by the product team for the purposes of workflow and product design. It is the quickest way for us to generate clean visuals that we can iterate on as a team. We have also used it to generate diagrams to be included in sales collateral as visually it tends to be more appealing than PowerPoint diagrams.

We do not use integrations very much. The core application is what we use most often. That said it is helpful to know that there are other integrations available.
Have not had many issues thus far that required escalation which is a good sign. I believe there are also forums and FAQs available if we have specific questions and need to look them up. Generally as [Lucidchart] is more for visuals and less for dynamic logic or animations it is pretty straightforward to use.

Lucidchart is easier to use than PowerPoint and generates cleaner visuals. A big part of this is due to the intuitiveness of connecting lines to boxes or shapes and having the flexibility to move points of connection on any shape and easily create new lines out of shapes. A small but powerful feature which allows quick mockups of diagrams in comparison to opt which can often be frustrating to use.
[Lucidchart] is a great tool to generate professional looking flow diagrams and logic visuals. It is less easy to use for actual screen mockups although we have generated simple wireframes using the tool as well. Usually selection of items is challenging as you layer more elements on top of each other.
