Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

The use of the software is easy and allows anyone with minimal experience to navigate their way around. Formatting options could be a downfall compared to other programs on the market.
More format options being available i.e. similar to InDesign.

  • More formatting options.
  • Positive and great has become an effective tool to rely upon.
Having used these as yet but, sure that it would help linking the other software.
Haven't had to use the support as LucidChart is easy to use.

The ease to generate a chart and links is so much easier however, the formatting options in InDesign allow the user to create documents at one location.
Creating org chart and workflow requirements for companies or projects.
