Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Fairly easy to jump right if you know what you're looking for.
It's being used per department level. We are using it to diagram different architectures to show across engineers and members of the company.

We use AWS and Microsoft's Azure cloud, so that integration has greatly helped.
Very easy to post the FAQ page or browse it to find answers.
