Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

No tooltips for what each shape & line is understood to mean. Moving lines around and organizing things to be visually appealing takes a bit of practice.
Across the whole organization as a tool, when appropriate, to display various flows of processes & information in order to illustrate concepts, usually to clients.
  • Illustrating detailed flows of information in a visual medium.
  • Containing large amounts of information in an organized view.
  • Removing lack of clarity to improve efficiency no matter the party reading the chart, which assists with turnover problems etc.
  • Sometimes it's difficult to fiddle with getting lines to do what you want them to do.
  • Shapes & relationship types should all have tooltips that show the terminology they're meant to indicate.

Better for visualizing process flow.
It is useful to create diagrams that are meant to illustrate process or information flow, organizational charts, visuals for presentation decks, etc. Perhaps it is less appropriate for visualizing existing data.
