Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It is not very direct for first-time users, they have to go through a first-time tutorial otherwise it is difficult to find certain tools or options on your own. Especially things like searching shapes are not obvious out of the box. But once you know the basics it gets pretty easy from there onwards.
Lucidchart helps my team to create process flow diagrams for all of our requirements. We also sometimes use it to create Use-Case diagrams and Architecture diagrams. Apart from it, it can be used in so many different ways especially useful while making presentations. Using the charts will make for a much better representation of the content we are trying to showcase and Lucidchart helps to make it possible.

This integration capabilities of Lucidchart is very useful, especially the fact that you can directly put it into pages of documentation so that any update in the Lucidchart document will also update in the pages where it is used. This avoids going to all the pages where the image is embedded and changing it to a new image one by one.
I have not needed to contact the Lucidchart support team much but they are active and their documentation is pretty good so you would hardly need a reason to contact their support. All their UI is pretty neat so that you get to know things you need without much confusion.

Yes

If the requirement is to create good technical flowcharts or process diagrams, Lucidchart will help you in these but if you are looking for making better visuals using existing resources then Lucidchart may not be the best. For example, if you already have an Excel chart in your presentation and want to add more visuals to it then Lucidchart may not be appropriate.
