Lucidchart helps to put your thought process into a diagram very easily.
Lucidchart helps to design our business process in a meaningful way. It helps to better understand our requirements and makes it easy to convert into technical solutions. I would recommend this tool for the business process so that it can be managed effectively. Lucidchart is being used by my organization for the representation of different org charts or calendars used by different industries and making one contact point for all the business process organizers. It is being used by the whole organization and helps to achieve our documentation for complex flow charts very easily.
  • You can have free draw with keyboard shortcuts.
  • Includes links and notes for better understanding.
  • Works perfectly for all the ERP programs.
  • Needs more sample templates for sure.
  • If they can include examples for different analytics requirement like charts or tables.
  • Keeps on disconnecting if idle for some time.
  • Improved Clarity on Projects.
  • Saved time.
  • Improved requirement understanding skills.
We have integrated it with our google organization account and it works well.

It's easy to use and especially the integration feature.
Like our organization is completely on ERP and Analytics horizon, so it helps a lot to define a process using Lucidchart from the beginning and using it as a starting point.
