Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Whereas Lucidchart is easy to pick up and start using right away. The small nuances and items to go the extra mile are hard to find and take a bit to dig around. Having more researchable resources would make it easier and faster.
I am using Lucidchart for organizational hierarchy to form my team, to plan my team for the future, and to change my team where necessary using different layers for different scenarios. Lucidchart is sporadically used by many departments in my company. The business problem it addresses is cleaning up processes as we establish our corporate organization.

Maintaining organizational hierarchy in google sheets and having it visualized in Lucidchart makes it very handy!

Lucidchart connects well to google sheets. Lucidchart has the functionality to layer well although it doesn't join cross tab at all, which would be useful.
