Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

One of the things that I like the most about Lucidchart, is the friendly appearance given that most of the flowcharts' tools are rigid, inflexible and, old-fashion appearance. Also it contains only the buttons needed to perform any task instead of making it complex. Definitely, Lucidchart is one of the most intuitive apps I have used.
Within my organization, this tool is commonly used for 2 purposes:
1- For processes documentation (flow charts is an easy way to document how a process works or any improvement may required)
2- For solving issues (by creating flow charts that shows the proposal)

Definetely Lucidchart is a pretty good option when flowcharts are needed.

One of the tools most used in my day to day is Salesforce, where Lucidchart has been very helpful. Within my organization, there are some tools that can be integrated with Lucidchart: - Slack - Salesforce - Github - AWS. For this availability and other functions, Lucidchart you must consider it.
Lucidchart is a full app, intuitive, friendly and cheap. It is helpful to any kind of company despite the business, given that flowcharts are commonly used by any organization in order to document processes, problem-solving and process improvement. For this and many other things, I do not doubt to rate 10 to Lucidchart.

Lucidchart is by far better than SmartDraw for many reasons, including:
- Friendly appearance
- Intuitive
- Easy to handle
- Cheaper

Both applications work properly for flowcharts creation, but if you are looking for an intuitive and friendly app, do not doubt to give a chance to Lucidchart, no regrets.
Creation of flowcharts when a process needs to be documented or perform any kind of changes to a process already done. Another scenario is problem-solving via flowcharts, definitely, this is one of the best uses we can find for Lucidchart. This kind of tool is a must for any company.
