Usability

I was sent a link with no previous experience using Lucidchart and I found it super easy to use and navigate with little to no explanation. I agree that Lucidchart is very intuitive and easy to use, it allows users to jump in and get started right away with little to no learning curve.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have been using Lucidchart for a large initiative to review our current ecosystem within our organization. It has been a fabulous way to chart our ideas and log in tasks for future review by team members to implement. Lucidchart is super easy to use and it very flexible and intuitive.

Pros and Cons

Gathering ideas and information in a large workshop environment setting
Being able to plot and define our company operating model using Lucidchart
Documentation of team thoughts and ideas in working sessions
Plot and chart different scenarios of our operations, process, and workflow modes

At my organization we have not used Lucidchart with intergrating other applications such as Atlassian, Google, Salesforce, Microsoft, Slack, AWS, BambooHR, GitHub, and Zapier etc.

Lucidchart is the only application I have used outside of smartsheets, basecamp, workfront and microsoft office.

Lucidchart's design has helped my team in so many ways especially with collaboration across our company. We have streamlined our workflows and increased efficiency by consolidating our comments using one chart to plot ideas and enhancements.
