Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

easy - managing licensing is a pain - We don't have an enterprise license and smaller subscription model which makes is difficult to request and share licenses. Also, some teams have never used Lucid so their is a learning curve on how to use the tool effectively and collaborate/share effectively
develop complex arch diagram for AWS / SAP / on premise apps. As a solution archiect, I need to create a variety of logical, technical and integration diagrams for new application architecture. Lucid provides all the native tools/icons that represent each vendor and this allow me to showcase executive level diagrams.

Lucid still does not integrate easily with Microsoft ppt or PDF templates. I wish it had a tool or capability to carve out sections of a diagram based user commands to break out to separate ppt slides or PDFs. Or better yet - automatically breaks them out or provides recommendations.
love the diagrams and sharing - I have never had to support support but I leverage my team and colleagues when I can't seem to draw or find an object that I want. I would like to have someone help me at lucid draw a SAP logical diagram with all the SAP colors and schemas for order to cash and procure to pay processes

it is way better than visio - wish it integrated with ms teams better - It is better for cloud / collaboration - you don't have to save versions or send via email. You can send notifications or allow others access
i love the collaboration tools. For example, when I need to collaborate virtually which is 100% i have virtual whiteboard sessions. This allows people who may not speak up as much verbally but give them the opportunity to share their ideas.
