Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Lucidspark has a really great virtual whiteboard that has helped teams collaborate easier! Lucidspark's ease of use is probably the best attribute. You don't really need training, and it is all very intuitive. It doesn't just act as an aide to brainstorm, but it helps to organize these thoughts. It's all very pretty and there are some really good templates. You can do things like turn boards into a slideshow with relative ease. Overall, Lucidspark is a very good product.

There is no training required to really learn Lucidspark. It is very intuitive and you are able to find what you need quite easily. The team was able to get stuck in pretty quickly with next to no training.
Lucidspark integrates with teams very well! Not sure there are many products that integrate as easily as Lucidspark with teams. The timer feature is really helpful in making sure that we stay on track for timing. It's these little features that really make a difference and help Lucidspark stand out.
The visualization really helps the team and, as mentioned before, the ease of use and collaboration abilities make it a very useful tool.
I have not needed to use the support just yet.

Lucidspark is very good for when you are working on a project with a group of people. For example, in the planning phase of a project, Lucidspark is very helpful for the team to get their initial thoughts down, and then turn these initial thoughts into a plan of action. You are able to see everyone's thoughts and ideas.
