Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

We are using Lucidspark for brainstorming sessions and product research with technical and business owners in our product. Remote collaboration was the main concern initially for us as multilocation teams met frequently to discuss products that were hard to maintain all things at a single location and explain them remotely.

Pros

  • Drawing diagrams.
  • Brainstorming.
  • Business Decisions.

Cons

  • Drawing diagrams is a bit complex for newbies which needs some learning..
  • Meeting effectiveness.
  • Positive productvity.
Lucidspark has a bit of a learning curve for a newbie.
We are not using it right now.
As a virtual whiteboard, it is very easy to explain concepts and predictability about Lucidspark is great. We always have confidence that we can explain anything if needed using Lucidspark.
We never contacted Lucidspark support but have confidence that it might be great as a product.
