Mailerlite suspended our account (and never followed up as to why). As a result, our account defaulted back to the free option, leaving us unable to send to over 1,000 subscribers at a time. I was extremely frustrated and not at all a happy customer. At that point, Joseph stepped in, and he provided great customer service in a very timely manner. I appreciated his help and guidance very much. Joseph is a true asset to your company.
