Overall Satisfaction with MailerLite

I use MailerLite for newsletters. When I have encountered a difficulty, I have reached out to MailerLite support and always received the answer I needed within a short amount of time.
  • Communicates same day as questions are asked
  • Provides videos for a person to learn to use MailerLite at their own speed
  • Sends screen shots with instructions for extra clarity
  • Examples of how to choose the wording in letter footers need to be clarified.
  • More people have opened the newsletter since I have moved to MailerLite.

I know other writers who use MailerLite and since they are people I trust, I started using MailerLite. They offer a lot before anyone has to move to using a paid version, but I have compared their options and prices to other mailing companies and when I need to move to a paid level, I will. MailerLite support has been responsive and helpful when I have needed an answer to a question I could not find on their site or in their videos.
