Overall Satisfaction with Mailtrack

I am a licensed Realtor in Austin, TX. I started using Mailtrack because I wanted to be able to track when my offers were being sent to other agents. I ask for confirmation of receipt, but not everyone responds right away. It's any easy way for me to see if they have opened my email.
  • The ability to see whether your email has been opened.
  • When the email is sent to more than one person, you don't know who has read it.
  • I don't think it has had any negative impact on my business at all. I like knowing that my email was received/read.
I have not used any other products.
I have not had to contact support for any issues.
It was easy to install and easy to use.

Personally, I think it is a great way to send emails and know that they have been received. I don't feel like there are any scenarios where it is not appropriate.
