It is used by the marketing department to address marketing automation- it allows us to communicate with our customers and prospects on a regular basis, and keep track of and evaluate that communication as well.

- Webinars- excellent thought leaders, quality content
- The system can be extremely slow - especially if you have a lot of data. They recommend you use Chrome and it does help but does not always address it
- I get a lot of calls from different sales people doing cross sell or upsell and sometimes it is confusing. They should communicate better across their sales organization
