Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage

We used Marketo in doing email blasting to reach our clients. We do email campaigns, events, webinar, and we send the invites through Marketo. Marketo is being used by the whole organization. Using the platform makes it easier for Finastra to reach its audience and let them know about our solutions and how we can help them.

The goal is to promote our solutions, to create sales and opportunities, to provide details of our products, to invite audiences to events and webinars. It can also be used to generate leads, to do lead management. It can also be used to create reports and insights.
When doing email blasting, it is best to know if the email reaches your audience. With Marketo, we are able to track the delivery, the number of opens and clicks, the hard bounces and soft bounces, and those who unsubscribe to our email. We are able to provide reports using Marketo as well.
