Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Entra ID
The rebranded Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID) is the core identity management platform for our organisation, and for many of our MSP customers. It provides us with Single Sign On to many enterprise applications, and really is the heart of everything IT related.

- Microsoft Entra ID is free with Office 365 accounts, so the ROI speaks for itself
- Flexibility to choose additional security features through O365 licensing, such as AADP1 or P2, EMS etc has allowed us to grow over time
As our on-premise AD existed first, we have synced accounts to the cloud through ADSync. However we also have some cloud native accounts, and guest users from other organisations. It has also allowed us to create B2B connections to other Microsoft Entra ID tenancies which has made mergers and acquisitions much easier on day 1.
Yes! We use enterprise apps and SSO wherever possible, allowing us to create a single point of control for our administrators.
