Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Powerpoint

I use Microsoft Powerpoint for my firearms and personal defense training classes and seminars. It is a great presentation software and easy to use. I also use it as a graphics design program to design my brochures and business cards.
  • Great at creating professional presentations
  • Good option for graphic design projects
  • Exporting slides into different formats
  • When exporting to PDF, there is no option to just export the current slide like there is when you export to PNG. Export to PDF exports the entire file.
  • Create quality presentations
  • Times the presentation as you are presenting
  • Decent graphics editor
  • The flyers and brochures I have created have generated business and attracted attention
Powerpoint has more features than Apples Keynote and is easier to use.

Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance), Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Wix
Powerpoint works great for presentations obviously but it is also a good graphics editor and does some similar things as Photoshop but a whole lot easier to use. I use it for creating my brochures, handouts and even created an image that I had blown up into a poster size for my business.
