Overall Satisfaction with Mitratech PolicyHub
We are using it to track all of our policies within our organization. We also use it to track archived policies between different departments to ensure each and every person in the organization has received all policies and acknowledge receipt of each policy. This helps us by not adding additional work to HR.
- Keeps track of all policies in a centralized location.
- Single sign-on lets us be able to use our AD credentials.
- The GUI interface is really nice.
- The support can be a lot better. It takes a lot of time for support to get back to the user.
- The search function doesn't work too well to find policies.
- It has helped us by not having HR spend time/energy on tracking users (new/old) to make sure they read a policy.
