Monday is being used in my organization to communicate projects and dates among all the organization's departments. It is also being used to keep track of responsibilities and different problems that may arise in the middle of the making of any product.
  • Project monitoring
  • Responsibility managing
  • Inter-organizational communications
  • Too many irrelevant notifications.
  • Delayed notifications
  • Difficult to get used to.
The overall usability of the platform is great as long as the user has previous experience using these types of programs in previous workplaces. On the contrary, with older employees, it may be hard as the platform is not as intuitive as it advertises. But overall, after these obstacles are passed it can really guarantee a faster workflow.

Monday is well suited in small organizations that manage too many projects at the same time, that may need accountability/ financial tracking and that may need a constant flow of communication without the need of using other messaging services for it. Is very good for organizations that might want to enforce workers' autonomy and at the same time keep track of everything that is happening.
