[monday.com] is being used by the entirety of our company and it helps us manage the flow of projects in our agency. It allows us to manage retainer clients, our own initiatives and leads. It also massively helps with big project management and personal task organization.

  • Subtask functionality
  • Working across teams in different companies - inviting clients to use boards etc.
  • Better gmail integration that would help filter spam out
  • Simpler way of adding subtasks function - very hard to find
  • Better way of moving tasks between boards

It's well designed and has user at the forefront
Never had any problems and the Monday team has always been very responsive.
Overall performance is brilliant - although small glitches happen from time to time, altogether the software is great and allows us to manage work so much faster and better, providing trackability at the same time.

[monday.com is] very well suited for collaborative projects, for agency, engineering, construction or other project-based work environments. I would imagine this could be less suited for e.g. pub environment.
