Overall, monday.com really easy to use and our team has quickly adapted to it. One feature that would be nice to implement would be making a default board that collects everything that is assigned to you in an easy to read and understand dashboard.

It's easy for a space to be overcome with boards that aren't used so a better way to flag and archive unused boards would be great.

So far when I've needed to reach out for support the monday.com team has been very responsive and helpful. They look to find a solution even when it is a difficult ask. The team is knowledgeable and wants to make sure you can get the most out of the tool's feature set.

monday.com is well suited for organizations who rely on spreadsheets for everything. monday.com allows you to assign tasks and set due dates and reminders which is more scalable than planning projects in spreadsheets.

It's less appropriate for smaller companies/teams as they may not get as much value from the tool.
