Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The whole company uses monday.com. Each one has a different use, but it is used every day and is key to the operation of the company. Some just to upload their tasks and the sales team uploads the campaigns for the operations team to implement. We have no problem with the platform, commercially it is very useful for us.

Pros and Cons

It can be programmed to send emails with certain actions of other colleagues to be aware.
Internal messages can be sent.
Filters work great.

It is difficult to change the location of the groups.

Usability

I rate monday.com's general usability an 8. First of all, I consider 8 a very good grade, since the tool is very productive for our company. I don't rate it a 10, because there are always things to improve. An example is when a change is made in a tab and it is not reflected in another linked one.

Support Rating

Honestly, I have never had contact with the Customer Success Manager because it is one of my bosses who is in charge of the configuration of the platform and solves any problem we have. However, whenever there was a problem, it could be solved quickly, so I imagine that beyond its capabilities, it has had the support of monday.com.

Reliability & Availability

Like any new platform, when you start using it you have to adapt. However, it has a very clear and simple interface to quickly explore and become friends with the tool. In general, it helps a lot to the management of our company and allows us to carry out a much more organized work.

Likelihood to Recommend

I guess that monday.com is suitable to have the work of the entire company in the same place and to be able to track all the campaigns and status of each employer. Perhaps, it is not so appropriate for the company to depend 100% on the platform, but I recommend it.
