Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- Faster speed to implement.
Originally we brought on monday.com to manage work and planning within a three person marketing team, but as other teams saw the success we were having with it they jumped on board. Now, our IT team, analytics, and PMO are leveraging it daily. Additionally, many employees have taken to using it to manage their own personal workloads irrespective of the business's expectations.
As a senior leader in the business, this gives myself and other leaders easy visibility into projects and development without needing to go finding answers. Our teams have gotten into the habit of logging notes in monday.com and moving statuses along (getting adoption with monday.com is the hardest part and would be the same with any new system - the actual platform is really easy), which means anyone can get updates on their own time. It's also easily visible where we have backlogs, risks, or needs to reprioritize.
We went from not having any formal system to using monday.com so I can't compare it to anything prior for my teams, but we did cross shop this against Wrike and a couple others and the simplicity of monday.com to get started pushed us towards them. Once you get it though, you realize it has a lot more power and flexibility to go even further.

- Easy to get started and understand the platform.
- Easy have non-monday.com users (other stakeholders) get info from the boards.
- Cost tiers I would like to see be a bit more flexible or have more options.
No uptime issues that have impacted us.
