Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- Time savings.
- Easier project management.
- Improved internal company updates.
Each department uses monday.com to schedule its own projects and provide transparency to the larger organization so anyone can easily access the information they need. For example, our Sales & AM team uses it to see what our Editorial team is creating in terms of upcoming content and knowing these dates is crucial in providing our clients with the best account support possible, especially if they have a high profile campaign launching. Our Product team also uses it to communicate new UX updates and when they will be available which adds even more firepower to our conversations with clients. Having this topline visibility has been a real game-changer in how we keep our clients excited and gives us an opportunity to continue the conversation with follow-ups that align with the info shared by the various teams on monday.com.
- Topline visibility into numerous departments/divisions and their corresponding projects.
- Makes understanding our internal processes (ex. project management) clearer.
- Helps foster a holistic understanding of our business.
- Robust and easy to navigate (or as complex as you want it to be).
- UX could be overwhelming at times, almost too robust. Sometimes I wish there was a Simple option for someone like me who uses it more for lurking than actual project management. I'm sure I could get more out of it if I spent more time with the platform.
We've had no issues with monday.com and the platform has never been unavailable when we needed it.
