Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com has been an amazing tool to assist our company daily. The ways it has improved our operations are:
  • We are able to easily communicate on tasks we are working on without missing communication from team members as it is all in the one spot and we can all be on the same page with what has developed.
  • We can track the developments of our projects.
  • We can give timelines and reminders when set to our schedule for each task.
  • We can keep files that anyone can access.
  • It allows the team to be updated on the status of all projects easily with the table formats.

Pros

  • Able to easily communicate as a whole team on projects.
  • Able to set up timelines and reminders so that these projects are staying on track.
  • Ease of updating and creating boards that isn't time consuming.

Cons

  • A bit more flexibility with the timeline views.
Usability is extremely easy and not confusing when creating your own workboards that suit the needs of the project, task or schedule. Using the extra features can take some time to learn, but once learned, is very simple to understand. Setting up of large boards can take some time, but well worth the effort.
Have not needed to use this service yet.
The overall features have allowed me to manage tasks a lot more efficiently as they are clearer, all in one place, and easily updated.

This means that I can also access this from anywhere in the world, from my laptop or phone. It has created a positive experience for managing my work.

Perfect for an organisation where there is a team that is spread out. It has allowed our national company to easily be on top of all areas of our projects that we are all apart of.

Possibly too much for very small company or store-only operations as the monday.com tools won't be as needed. However, still great for personal use for companies as you can create private boards for your own schedule use.
