It's being used by the whole organization in order to better manage our time and resources during the pandemic working from home scenario. It's helping us make sure nobody is overwhelmed by work, so it's easier to manage tasks and allocate people on projects.
Because it really is very intuitive to use the tools and play around with boards. You can easily add features and remove them as well if you are not satisfied on how it turned out. Very customizable.
Never had the need to contact the support, so I can't rate this. But I guess this is also a good indication, because it means that I never had any problems with monday.com.

It's ideal to track time spent on tasks and projects and to assign teams to each project. Also great to keep an eye on and organize your workflow to make sure you don't miss any deadlines.
