Although monday.com is being used across the organization, our department uses it for everything from individual assignments/daily tasks to project management responsibilities (compliance, contracts, planning, design, implementation, IS related issues). With monday.com, we can create, maintain, track and share information all in one place.

Features work as designed so overall performance, for me, has worked great. The system has worked reliably and there have been no issues with uptime.

Based on the current needs of our department, I believe that monday.com is well suited as a WOS to handle project management workflows and collaboration with outside partners. It's simple and easy to use. Team members have the ability to share and attach files/documents, add and track all comments about a specific item, use private boards for individual use, etc...
