Monday over NeSuite

We currently use Monday.com and NetSuite Projects. Our company is in the process of evaluating which platform we want to migrate to in the near future. Half of our company is using Monday with great success and has only been using it for 2-3 years. The other half has been using NetSuite Projects for 5+ years. I have been using both platforms for the past year and I prefer Monday far over NetSuite. The user interface on Monday is so much easier. You can drag and drop lines with ease, making a project board takes a quarter of the time as compared to NetSuite. My favorite thing that Monday can do that Netsuite cannot is the tracking of man hours over multiple projects. It can clearly tell me if I am overworking a single person or if someone doesn't have enough. Netsuite is tied to our inventory and quoting so I cannot use the financial aspects of Monday for project tracking.

In summary, Monday is my choice if I had to pick one and commit to it for our business. I feel that Monday puts the user first in their design and it shows.

I have not had a bad day on Monday.com. By this I mean I have not lost any work or had to do work over because someone else logged into the sheet I was working on or copied a bad project file. Everything has been so easy and I am thankful for that.
