Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
My business is a diagnostic genetic testing facility, we are fairly new and growing fast. One of our largest problems is having software to track our multiple projects, patients, and testing. Not only that, but one that is able to grow with our business at the incredible speed we have seen, and not cost hundreds of dollars a PIECE for different portions of the software. monday.com hits every area we needed and teaches us every day other areas to help streamline our work. Their project management is incredible, their board creation is easy, even their automations come with training videos and easy to understand scripts to put into action. The software includes options that others would charge THOUSANDS for, and we still keep learning of better uses of functions every time they send out a new training or how-to video.

Although monday.com has experienced issues, it has never impacted our workflows in a detrimental manner. We know everyday that if monday.com is experiencing an issue, they will let us know about it and have it fixed before the end of our workday.
