We use monday.com to track all open projects at our firm. It is our one stop shop for the status of all ongoing work. It solves the problem of using messy spreadsheets to track our projects. We are able to assign work down to the "subtask" and its easy to ressign and move things around as well.

monday.com was very easy to set up. All I had to do was import the current spreadsheet we used to track projects. monday.com imported it and boom, the next week we were using monday.com to track all of our work. I cannot imagine going back to using a plain spreadsheet.
